In a unique panoramic position, between the Arno Valley and Chianti, this villa is situated on its own hill, surrounded by olive groves, just 1km from the nice village of Moncioni. The villa is the country residence of a Florentine family who has furnished it in a cozy and stylish way and is now looking forward to welcoming vacation guests. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, the dining room which adjoins and the well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor, with two bathrooms and a large panoramic terrace. In front of the house is a huge terrace, with covered seating and a well-equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven. The highlight, however, is the pool below, with ramp , whirlpool or children's pool and overflow edge, so that you think you are swimming directly out into the hills. By the pool: sun loungers, outdoor shower, more seating; in the olive grove, a tree house awaits visits from younger guests, who are especially welcome here. A small outbuilding on the property is rented year-round. The friendly owner looks after the property and will sell you his own olive oil or local Chianti wine on request. It will be hard for you to leave this paradise, but there are many places worth visiting all around. You are here at the gateway to Chianti, right between Florence, Siena and Arezzo, each about 50km away. Unpaved, bumpy access road.
