"Excellent studio apartment overlooking a busy square just 2 roads back from the esplanade. Big bathroom with hot shower, small kitchen but more than adequate to make tea and coffee and store my wine and orange juice! The bed was so comfy and big with large tv on wall opposite letting us watch Netflix in bed. Electronic lock to front door and door into the apartment meant I didn’t have to look after a key either. One extra valued facility is the washing machine and dryer in the basement for guest...

"I really don't have the words. have stayed in many places in Alicante but this is definitely my top 1. The location is great. You can be on the beach, eateries, supermarket, boulevard in no time. The apartments are great. I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, so it was very spacious. A rear and front balcony. You could use the washing machine and dryer. And not to forget Rocio, you are truly an example to others of how to deal with guests. Thanks for everything!"

"This is simply a very lovely place, clearly loved by the owners and cared for. A family home with everything you could need. Pretty veranda and garden space and quiet pool area. A super spot for quiet relaxation. Great places to eat… plenty of opportunity to walk, golf, play tennis or padel, spa….. We would certainly recommend and will be going again…. The towns around are great for a visit and 20 mins to a beach by car/taxi! Loved it."

"10 stars! Oscar, Oscar Jr. and his mother were great. Oscar and his son picked us up at the train station. Showed us the sights on the way to the apartment. Our second day we had trouble with the lock. Oscar was there to help in minutes. It was something we were doing wrong, yet he was very pleasant about the whole thing. "We chose this apartment based upon its location, size, and a review that stated it had a sunny balcony from 10-5 in the winter. We were not disappointed and really enjoyed all 3 months here in our home away from home. The hosts have a well equipped kitchen which was very important to us including little things like an apron, multiples of things like measuring cups and plastic storage containers. They also had a rolling grocery cart which we didn't use but it was nice that it was available....
