"Rooms are in horrible condition. Basically a hostell. We were family of 4 and bunkbeds had no linens. I called front desk for towels as they dont clean rooms and it took 2 hours to happen. Do no lt stay here. Bugs/ spiders all in the room also. "

My Italian language skills are terrible and the staff spoke perfect English and answered all of my questions about the pool, beach and transportation needs. The breakfast was excellent and I would definitely recommend adding that as a feature when booking. It’s the nicest hotel in the area and the nicest beach. You cannot go wrong by booking here. The owner was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She has little English but Google translate came in handy every day . The lady of the house recommended restaurant to eat in at night time .. Breakfast was simple with tea and toast, and Villa had a relaxed vibe. The pool was a real highlight — crystal clear and beautifully maintained — and the grounds were stunning and peaceful. A perfect place to unwind.
