"The hotel staff are really sweet and welcoming. The location is perfect. The hotel needs some upgrading with regards to furnishings and shower cubicle and the WiFi login system is very much outdated. All in all though it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast was good."

"You are presented with 4 A4 pages in Italian ( no translation , explaining how the charges work! You cannot pay cash for anything , you have to charge a cash card up. Annoying. Staff do not speak much English. Endless irritating hotel club games and entertainment . Not a quiet holiday !"

"Didn’t like the service at front desk, especially in the breakfast area and also at the beach. Also didn’t like the pre paid card idea instead of using your credit card . Also had to pay for parking 8 euro per day as well as need to pay at the beach for umbrella per day. This hotel definitely is 2.5-3 star hotel not 4 . "

"Room was nice, small but typical for European hotels. Air conditioner was on, but often it didn't feel like it (I'm also usually cold). Thermostat is controlled by office. We didn't complain though. Front office staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning lady was great & kept room tidy. Local area of Montesilvano was kind of run down & didn't have many stores, but beach was nice. There is a grocery store & bike rental shop very close. Town of Pescara has more stores and is better kept. "
