"Hotel was hard to find as someone traveling from out of country. Walked the mall several times and ask multiple people but no help. Update description of location to help locate. Old Holiday Inn in mall. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Room was horrible and view sucked. Do not recommend."

"This was our first night ever in Italy and it was a one night travel stop on our way to another destination. Honestly, this one night stay was the highlight of our trip. Nothing even came close to the wonderful experience we had here. Our family was warmly welcomed after our long travel even after being held up and arriving later than expected. "Fantastic spot right next to the Roman theater and forum. Excellent accomodations and nice collaboration with Michele the bakery. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. Giuseppe made out stay at Hypnos. He went out of his way to be helpful and make our stay pleasant. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered more than a typical continental breakfast. The parking on site was a bonus. I highly recommend this property."

"Beautiful room and very lovely staff"

"There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion."
