Ótimo hotel desde que não esqueça objetos no quart

Excelente hotel, quarto confortável, café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento muito bom, desde que você não esqueça objetos pessoais no quarto, tudo certo! Tendo esse cuidado é um bom hotel. Eu esqueci uma carteira com documentos e cartões e etc. Expliquei que a carteira não tinha saído do quarto, detalhei até onde ela havia ficado e o porquê! Fui ignorada inúmeras vezes, no mesmo dia que fiz check-out voltei no hotel mas por estar com pressa, já que o taxi nao podia esperar e eu tinha que voltar para cidade, aceitei que iriam procurar e me dar o retorno sobre, liguei algumas vezes, mandei várias mensagens, e mesmo assim so recebia mensagem de negativa. E como devolutiva tinha que ler que era "impossível a carteira está lá ja que os funcionários eram bem treinados", quando, voltei a montes claros, fui no hotel decidida a ir no local de achados e perdidos procurar, por ter plena certeza que a carteira estava la, a minha sorte que tinha outra pessoa na recepção que me atendeu e ela sim, entendeu minha história e foi lá procurar, no fim, acharam a minha carteira e me devolveram. Estava com tanta pressa que nem verifiquei corretamente, mas a sorte que não costumo usar dinheiro Físico, apenas cartão ou pix, só tinha 50 reais na carteira que sumiu. feliz que consegui meus documentos e cartões novamente, mas foi uma luta. Espero que eles melhorem o sistema deles de achados e perdidos para evitar esse desgaste. Repito excelente hotel, so não esqueçam nada no quarto.
