Pros: Cuteous staff, clean room, good buffet Cons: Rooms need updates and need to be better maintained. Toilet tank was broken, sink was clogged, tv volume did not work, scratches on wall, no paper or pen to write with in room. Hallway looked dark, creepy on floor 2. Hallway carpet was dirty. Loud ac on room and not cooling. Bath towels were VERY rough and some were thin and unraveling. One even had a hole! I would not return. This is a 3 star hotel at most.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the MS Milenium Monterrey, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning decor—especially the beautiful Christmas decorations that created a warm and festive atmosphere. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was nothing short of amazing! There was a delightful variety of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start my day. After a long day of business meetings, I truly appreciated the great lounge area where I could wind down and relax. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a drink and reflect on the day. Overall, my experience at MS Milenium Monterrey was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful amenities made my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return!

Everything was great, there was only 2 issues 1. Our room (132) had a water leak in the bathrooms ceiling, so the bathroom floor was wet and slippery the whole time we were there. 2. We ordered room service but we had to call 2 times and our food never made it to the room. Over all the place is great, great location, great staff and great pool. Would visit again
