Everything was very dark. I could hardly see what I was eating at breakfast. The receptionist was not particularly helpful at check in but the room was comfortable and clean. Overall a good experience but nothing special.

Trendy hotel but a bit outdated. The parking is accessible but the lady at the front desk couldn’t validate the ticket and had to pay out of pocket for an overnight fare. Clean, trendy, yet the bed was not that comfortable. Cool rooftop with amazing views.

Pretty expensive for what you’re getting. It looks very nice at first glance, but the property is aging and not particularly nice (think small holes in the wall, some old light switches and outlets that don’t work). When we checked in, they had our reservation wrong, which was a pain (one room with two beds instead of two rooms with one bed each).

Staying here is not worth the price. The breakfast and service are both terrible. The beautiful rooftop bar was closed for private events for 1/2 of my stay, leaving only the restaurant to grab a drink. There was literally no one in the restaurant all 3 times I ate, and the service was terrible. Concierge attempted to make a reservation at a local restaurant and even that was screwed up. Housekeeping didn’t show up until 4:30 or 5pm one day, unacceptable

Bañera sucia, con pelos pubicos. Atención mala no pusieron batas y las pedimos y no nos dejaron. Nos despertaron 7:00am. Alberca medio vacía. Cuentas alteradas con bebidas adicionales 2 veces. Televisión diminuta y sin canales. Nos dieron una habitación con la peor vista. El secador de pelo descompuesto explotó. No tienen room service 24 hrs. Habitación incómoda con mucha luz y mala calidad. Muy mal atendido y mantenido.
