The hotel passes if you need to stay in this area but would not necessarily recommend. They don't use hand towels nor wash cloths and only use full size towels. I had to ask for a floor towel and would not replace when cleaning the room. Trash was still on flow and carpet seemed dirty.

The photos are completely misleading and at least not of this location recently. It’s an old smelly hotel in dire need of serious maintenance or remodeling. Mold in shower, disgusting carpets and old faulty elavator. Please avoid any chance you may have of staying here. Also it’s located in a very dangerous and inconvenient location for traveling in Monterrey

Creo que les falta mucha capacitación a algunos trabajadores en la cuestión de atención al cliente, solicitamos un control para ver la TV y nunca llegó, de lo del restaurante todo bien excelente servicio y el señor que nos recibió por l anoche muy atento.... Lo único malo no nos respetaron la habitación con cama doble que había reservado.
