A private roofed terrace invites you to relax with garden views, while a shared swimming pool (shared with other guests, 10 x 5 m., open from May 1st to October 1st) provides refreshing moments under the warm sun. Inside, you'll find cozy living areas featuring a fireplace and satellite TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and microwave, allows for easy meal preparation. Families will appreciate the availability of a children's bed and high chair, while a shared barbecue and garden space offer opportunities for convivial outdoor dining. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Ort mit Swimmingpool und wunderschöner Aussicht in der Toskana sind, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Der alte Turm verfügt über geräumige Zimmer im altmodischen Stil, verfügt jedoch nicht über eine Klimaanlage (im Sommer mit Temperaturen über 35 °C haben wir sie vermisst) und das Badezimmer auf der 1. Etage ist recht einfach und klein. Aber insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und viele schöne toskanische und umbrische Dörfer, die Sie mit Ihrem Auto in der Nähe besuchen können.
