This beautiful apartment is tastefully furnished and retains its original details. Together with another, it is housed in a medieval tower. With the other tenants of the tower and the neighboring holiday home, you will have access to a magnificent, fully fenced garden, a large swimming pool and a barbecue. From the garden you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding green hills.

Despite being located in a quiet area, the apartment is centrally located. You can go shopping in Le Ville (1 km). Just outside Monterchi (4 km) there is a small, beautiful chapel. Here you will find an incredible fresco entitled "Madonna del Parto", which depicts the Madonna in an advanced stage of pregnancy. Golf lovers will enjoy a 6-hole course located 8 km away. But a visit to the majestic palaces of Città di Castello (18 km) is also not to be missed. This historic city boasts delightful streets and narrow alleys that open onto splendid squares with beautiful outdoor cafes.

The beautiful Arezzo (25 km), with its wonderful Roman amphitheatre, the ancient city walls and the numerous churches, is absolutely not to be missed. In Umbertide (40 km) you will find the best preserved medieval fortresses in Umbria.
