"We thought the property itself was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was great and we loved the quiet atmosphere it brought to us. We do have a few complaints regarding the room. Not very happy about the private villa we stayed in. It had a bad smell like basement and there small bugs in there. Also no windows. Also we had to cancel one of our stay and we did not receive a refund which was disappointing. "

Our room was very clean with good A/C and WiFi, small refrigerator. Outside was a small sitting area. Rooms will be different depending what you book, but I am sure they are all great. "Lovely property situated short drives away from Montepulciano and other villages. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away. Pool was nice and refreshing with beautiful views. Breakfast and dinner were great. "
