"Our stay at Hotel Du Tasso in Sorrento was overall much better than we expected. The hotel itself was great, and we were pleasantly surprised with the property and our overall stay.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which did not work at all during our stay. We tried to get assistance with it, but the staff was not particularly helpful in resolving the issue.
Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and had a great stay, but reliable Wi-Fi and more helpful service when issues come up would have made the experience significantly better."
