"We were a group of 15 family and friends visiting the Abruzzo region and Villa Carlucci was just perfect. We cooked as a group almost every night and the long table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. The Villa and grounds were beautiful and very well kept and we loved our stay! Highly recommend!"

"Jools and Pete are true super-hosts! Warm and welcoming; kind and genuine. Casa del Zia is as described and the photos a true reflection. This lovely couple go above and beyond- they met us at the airport and we followed them to the villa in our hire car. "Was met with a big smile, an offer for a coffee, and very easy check-in which was welcome after hiking and finishing in the rain. It is wonderfully situated if you love small towns, mountains and lakes. The breakfast right before I checked out was really good and energized me for another hike in Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo. Would stay here again. Thank you!"
