The spacious apartment and the nature around the property as well as the proximity to Montalcino were perfect for a relaxing time. The little winery was excellent and the wine tasted really good. "Our stay was outstanding. We got to stay in an 8th century abbey! We had so much space and a full kitchen. Beautiful property. Our hosts were outstanding, very attentive, responsive, excellent breakfast prepared by the family, good wine made on-site, option for traditional dinner (we didn’t have it but it was nice to have the option), just wonderful overall! "We recently stayed here and absolutely fell in love. The staff are all very friendly and the room was beautiful, with antique Tuscan furniture pieces to enhance the overall feel. The views and grounds are absolutely stunning with plenty of pathways to explore. We basically spent one full day relaxing by the 2 pools that overlook the countryside - doesn’t get much better than that. The breakfast is a lovely buffet, with takeaway lunch available.
