"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nuestra estadía en este hotel, aproximadamente del 24 de agosto al 3 de septiembre, fue realmente excepcional. Teniendo en cuenta la difícil situación que atraviesa Pereira, el personal hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos cómodos, bien atendidos y como en casa, superando nuestras expectativas. Quiero reconocer especialmente a Mari, de recepción. Su atención fue increíble durante toda nuestra estadía. Siempre nos recibió con amabilidad, paciencia, profesionalismo y una excelente actitud. Ante cualquier pregunta o inconveniente, estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos y buscar una solución. Su atención se sintió genuina y realmente hizo una diferencia en nuestra experiencia. También quiero reconocer especialmente a Carol, encargada de nuestra habitación. Siempre mantuvo todo impecable, organizado y cómodo. Además, fue muy amable, atenta y respetuosa. El trabajo de limpieza muchas veces pasa desapercibido, pero Carol merece que su dedicación sea reconocida. En momentos difíciles es cuando más se demuestra la calidad humana de las personas, y este equipo lo demostró. Mari y Carol merecen un reconocimiento especial por parte de la administración. Gracias a todo el personal por cuidarnos y hacernos sentir tan bien. Sin duda volveríamos y recomendamos este hotel al 100%. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"This place is a gem, beautiful property, great hike, good food, friendly staff. Only downside is an insane policy that you aren't allowed to use the hot tub. You need to book it 2 hours in advance and it costs approx $15CAD per person. As a result it sits there unused in this amazing location or would be such a massive asset of the ownership didn't ruin it by having it be the only per per use hot tub in Colombia. Honestly even with this it's probably worth it. If they fixed that issue this would be one of the nicest places I stayed on my whole trip."
