Only thing that could be improved was the bathroom in the hotel room - shower wasn’t great and temperature kept changing by itself. "So I was there for 4days with a group. The facility is clean and some of the staff were friendly. On check out I was charged an extra 20+ euros daily for "service charge" that was not included in the initial bill and this is also minus the extra govt charges I had to pay. I was also told that I would not be getting my points towards the stay as I booked through expedia! Needless to say Hyatt will not be my first go to hotel moving forward!"
