"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

"Unit was nice- shook throughout the night strangely but almost felt like being on a ship. Limited hours for the pool and services. "

"Shuttle bus was punctual and reliable (on the hour, hourly). Property is a 5 minute drive at the top of a winding steep hill (hence the stunning panoramic views of Florence & surrounding area). Driver returns if bus is full. Static caravan was clean but lacked some cooking equipment, no kettle, oven or iron. We were able to cook pasta and make scrambled eggs, but little else. Full size fridge, really appreciated in the heat. Aircon took the edge off the heat but didn't cool the room. Cicada...

"The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."
