Simple and old-fashion furniture but the bed was ok. Staff very gentle. Breakfast ok. Lovely view over the lake"

"We loved the location! Very near the Duomo in Orvieto, yet in a very quiet side street. Francesca was very professional and friendly. She made us feel welcome. Our room was simple, very clean and the bathroom had a BATHTUB, which I had requested. Most hotels and bed and breakfast in Italy do not have bathtubs. Breakfadt was perfect for us, continental, with good coffee."
