"We had a family room (4 persons) packed with beds so hardly room to move around between the beds. No facilities like a water cooker or coffee machine, neither a table and chairs in the room. WiFi/internet is pretty slow. The public room with fridge, coffee machine etc was messy, bins were full and we were only allowed to make use of the fridge. The host is very precise (check-in took 30 minutes) but foremost very present like a police officer whole day offering not fresh fruit, locking the door...

"Amazing experience at Puleera. Such a unique location with views of the Mt. Etna and the Ionian Sea. The staff was friendly and caring, it really felt like they knew us just after our first day. Food was delicious and clearly sourced from local ingredients. I recommend asking about the excursions like Mt. Etna hikes and horseback riding!"

Da ich aufgrund der Betten ( harte Matratze und Kopfkissen )am nächsten Tag am liebsten abreisen wollte, hatte er verschiedene Lösungen angeboten.Am Ende hat ein 2. Kopfkissen etwas geholfen .Das Frühstück war für ital. Verhältnisse sehr gut und umfangreich , auch wenn es keine Wurst und Käse gab., Es gibt nur 2!! Gästeparkplätze gegenüber. Wir hatten echt Glück immer dort parken zu können. Die Lage direkt in Letojanni ist perfekt zum Essen...
