"The resort is beautiful and very clean, which is extremely important to my wife and me. We spent most of our week at the Club Level pool, and that part of the experience was truly delightful. The downside was the maid service. Our room wasn’t cleaned until around 5 PM, which is unacceptable for a resort at this level.
