"Elisa's cottage is a thoughtfully curated place with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Panicale. She is an incredibly responsive host, and we truly felt like her guests. She greeted us with a bottle of local wine and even sent some fresh eggs round during our stay which were delicious!We were there during a heat wave which meant the air conditioning in two rooms (the bedroom and the lovely sitting area) was a welcome feature. "We had a wonderful holiday in seclusion with lots of rest and relaxation. We were welcomed with a homemade cake and a bottle of wine. The pool would be cleaned unobtrusively and after consultation every two days. Our landlord Mario was always courteous and helpful. From the house it was possible to make small hikes. The house was clean and well maintained. The drive over the gravel road alone requires some driving skills or an off-road vehicle, but it was easy to manage with our station wagon....

"Long time ago we found this feeling good place - I call it ‚a diva‘ - hidden in a beautiful property. The atmosphere is unique. The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The family restaurants are cooking the best Italian cuisine you can dream from. Your host is wonderful. Plus his two softly dogs too. I truly recommend SantaMaria. But be sure - it is hard to say goodbye after a while."

"Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ist jedoch sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 2 schöne Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 kleine Küche und den Wohnraum. Der Pool liegt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig."

"We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen in het gezellige huis met zijn zeer grote omheinde tuin (1000 m) de woning is comfortabel en de gastheren hebben meer dan hun best gedaan om ons welkom te heten. In de koelkast stond al een biertje en frisdrank koud op ons te wachten. De omgeving is mooi en het meer is aangenaam van temperatuur. (Assisi is overigens zeer de moeite waard om te bekijken.) Afscheid was erg hartelijk we kregen zelfs een prachtige litho mee van een van de eigenaren. Top verblijf!"
