"Unsere kleine Wohnung im ersten Stock war liebevoll eingerichtet, die Wohnküche so geräumig, dass unsere zwei Kinder (1 und 3) toll spielen konnten. Der Strand ist idyllisch, auf dem kurzen und steilen Weg dahin wachsen Brombeeren. Auch im Garten haben unsere Kinder gerne gespielt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entspannt, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziges kleines Manko der Wohnung: kein Seeblick. Aber da ist man ja tagsüber und man kann sie vom Garten aus sehen. Und hinten raus...

"It was amazing! The House is original and clean, and have everything that you need! The outside area is everything that you wish fore. The pool area is the place that We used the most its amazing! Frencesco are very kind and helpful! Overall it was perfect for us!"

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis...

"Sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist wintertauglich und sehr gut ausgerüstet. Unterschiedliche Zimmer von sehr gross und schön bis zweckmässig. Grosse Badzimmer. Viel Platz, sehr schöner Garten. Die Betreuung durch Roberto war hervorragend. Die Zufahrtsstrasse (nur ab der SS 2 möglich!) ist etwas ruppig. Alles ist gut organisiert."

"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"The property is beautiful but the rooms are quite dark and as we were early in the season they were a little musty. The pool was open but hadn’t been cleaned and the pizzeria was not available. There was no tea or coffee in the room. It could be amazing but the feeling is it could do with some updating. "
