"It would be helpful when scheduling spa appointments to advise guests that bathing caps and slippers are required and available for purchase. In addition, we were not informed our reservation included, without charge, time in the hot springs. Perhaps advance notice of parking availability in your gated parking lot for a fee. In addition, a list of local restaurants for guests seeing excursions outside the premises We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Die Anlage ist bestens für 3 -4 Familien (12-18 Leute) geeignet.Insgesamt sehr weitläufige Freianlagen mit Pool und Whirlpool und verschiedenen Sitz/ Liegemöglichkeiten. Grill, überdachte Aussenterasse ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche und 4 eigenständige Wohnungen.Kommunikation zum Vermieter ist super unkompliziert.Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 3 Familien (Kinder 10-14) Hund und haben nichts vermisst!"

"Beautiful hotel in Poppi right next to the Castle. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace every morning. Staff were very helpful. The triple room was large with a gorgeous view and plenty of large towel for all of us. A+ stay. We highly recommend! Thank you!"

"The Franciscan Order nuns are a delight. We enjoyed their beautiful singing at the evening worship service before dinner. The bathroom for our room was small and a wet room, so we had to wipe everything dry, after taking a shower. The beds were comfortable and the overall setting was very peaceful."
