"It was surprising that there was no parking at the hotel. There is a shuttle that drives through the city and picks the guests from different hotels so it takes a while up to 45 min to get to the parking.The location and helpful staff are big pluses. There is no swimming pool at the hotel. There was no TV in the room. We were given later something that looked like a computer monitor without a remote control. Pillow cases were stuffed with something that made them very uncomfortable...Breakfast...

"The hotel is located in central picturesque area of Montegiardino. With possibility to park near the hotel or at the square nearby. The room is very spacious, comfortable, nicely renovated and clean. There is an option to have breakfast, which will be served directly at your room. "The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."
