For shared use: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and plants, parking at the house. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 100 m, railway station "Asti" 16 km. Nearby attractions: Turin 65 km, Alba 40 km, Moncalvo 25 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.
