"This small B and B (5 rooms) is very beautiful and the decor is artistic and elegant. So much attention to detail. My bed was so comfortable, and the shower great. I enjoyed sitting the garden when I arrived for a glass of wine and snack. It's about a five minute walk to Santa Maria gate to Centro. Maria, the owner, and Nadia, her assistant, were welcoming and attentive. "

"A cozy and quiet suite for three nites in the heart of historic Lucca. Perfetto! Cool December nites were no match for our cozy room. The bed and bedding made for great slumber, and the hot shower was welcomed after long days of exploring and dining. A separate room for lounging over a cup of tea was welcomed too. 77 steps up to our suite were not a problem for us ( both seniors) but for anyone with mobility issues it would not be suitable. (The young host did kindly offer to carry our bags.)...

"Our stay in Montecatini was just delightful. The place is located in a beautiful area safe, clean and across from an amazing pool, Spas and restaurant facility called Panteraie. Crescenzo and his son are great, very accomodating. They greeted us and went over in great details about the immaculate place. They even when further to immediately buy (same day) a Smart TV so that we could signed on to our Netflix and other sites to be able to enjoy and watch our American shows. We really recommend...

There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! Massimo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us on a very late arrival time due to some airline delays. "Our room was large with a very comfortable king bed. The outside terrace and lounge provided us with the ideal space for some quiet enjoyment. The buffet breakfast choices were most enjoyable. The hotel location, just outside of the walls and a short walk to the station, suited us perfectly. However, the best thing about this hotel has to be the staff, who treated so well."
