"The owner was very accommodating. He has a house adjoining the property so was responsive when needed. The house layout is unique. There are two lower level bedrooms, no windows, and a family room isolated from the rest of the house. There are two bedrooms upstairs via a stairway from the dining room, and they are large with spacious bathrooms. "Overall, this place was excellent! Very private and quiet location on the side of the hill with views across the valley. We had both houses which suited us very well, sticking the older kids in one house and having the other to ourselves with the quieter, younger kids.
