"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. "Casa Mariposa was a gem. Hidden in a great neighborhood 5 minutes outside the wall, it was gated, quiet and safe.The apartment itself was recently renovated and had wonderful touches.great light with so many windows a desk so I could work a little bit and all the kitchen needs one would want. Bathroom was fabulous and bedroom was large with a storage and a mattress that was really comfortable. It was so nice staying right outside the wall, it was a little more quiet for resting."

It is an easy walk to the walled town of Lucca, has fabulous rural views from the balcony, is homely with helpful reading material, and we enjoyed it being cool inside when the days were hot.
