"This was a good location close to the train station and city center with a short walk. The amenities or the washer and dryer, you can only use one machine at a time which slows the process down. Additionally the pool is only open from 9am - 6 pm and it would be more helpful to have a wider range of hours. The staff was extremely helpful and kind."

"We stayed here for 4 nights in September 2026 and really enjoyed the hotel. It's got a new trendy look. The front desk check-in is at the bar which also makes fantastic drinks and tasty sandwiches. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was very clean and the extra details made it very comfortable. We are from the US and my hairdryer apparently would have killed the power in a European hotel, but this hotel had the best hair dryer, I know it’s a silly detail, but ladies, it was as good as my Dyson. It was extremely quiet, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If ever in Florence again, they have me as a customer for life."
