"The only negative about this facility was the lack of an elevator. Our room was comfortable, had nice amenities, and was very comfortable. Fortunately, we had help getting our luggage to the room from the very kind desk attendant. When we booked the room, there was no mention of the lack of an elevator."

"Overall it was a good stay. The air conditioning did not work at all though, which led us to open windows which then led to dozens of mosquitos on the room because the windows do not have screens. Besides that the stay was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. "

"Great room with high ceilings in a very convenient location near the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. It’s not really like a traditional hotel and is more of a airbnb with a check in office. It’s in an old building, but the rooms themselves are newly renovated. Do not book this place if you have trouble walking up stairs because you have to go almost 4 flights of stairs and there’s no elevator. However if you are packed light this place is a really good value. "

"The penthouse was amazing!! The staff was so kind and provided stellar service upon checking in. Parking was simple, and that's not easy in Florence. The location was idyllic...steps from Uffizi, and very, very close all of the attractions, and shopping. Excellent dining right outside the door. Absolutely a hidden gem!!"

"Check in process was quick. Good value for money as place is very clean and close to transportation. Missed the fine print statement that bathroom was shared which was a dissapointment, nonethless it was cleaned daily and kept neat. Room does not have aircon so need to keep the balcony doors open but the noise from trams outside makes it difficult. "

"It looked like a newer property that was not totally set up for receiving visitors: there were no hangers for a hand towel in the bathroom, there was no hand soap provided either. There was a note in the room that asked for guests to make sure everything was functional (water was running, towels available, toilet flushes) which we felt should have been done by the staff. "
