"It’s my second time staying at this establishment, and I’ve been happy with both experiences. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach. The rooms and beds are as advertised. Bed was comfortable and clean. There are shared bathrooms and kitchen. The guest house is conveniently located in Koreatown and close to the freeway (if you drive; plus you can pay for gated parking for $5/night or street park for free) and close to bus stop. "What a wonderful property!!! Tucked away in Beth and Milo's backyard, next to the pool and spa, this is a comfortable, quiet little oasis. If you enjoy meeting property hosts, you will really enjoy staying here. Milo was the host with the most! He gave us amazing recommendations for food close by, prepared the spa for us and sent us on our way with fresh-picked oranges. A very memorable experience indeed!"
