They don't have a ton of outrageous rules like some properties I have seen listed, either. The cottage itself is cute, clean, and in a great location. (It felt like my private apartment!) "This was the perfect spot for our short beach getaway. The property was cozy and cute and had everything we needed. It is such easy access to the mail street for restaurants and shopping and a block from the boardwalk with an easy walk to the pier. The check in was in person and thorough which we found very helpful. I would definitely recommend and return,"
