"Linette is very welcoming and helpful.The property is also very clean and has everything you could need.The beds are very comfortable.Linette provided us with eggs and her delicious homemade red currant jam,well worth a stay for that alone!!It's also convenient for visiting Amboise,Tours,Chinon,and all the Loire Châteaux,while still being in the countryside and very tranquil.We really enjoyed our stay,thank you Linette."

"This was an excellent property for a party of 12 adults ranging from 25-86 and two dogs. Exceptionally well appointed, the outside eating and cooking areas especially. Great fun making pizzas and memories!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The Hosts were extremely courtesy and welcoming! They gave us a nice tour of the place when we arrived. Our younger kids enjoyed the trampoline that was available as well. The only thing we didn't realize was that the linens were an extra charge as the listing said they were provided. Other than the communication was excellent! We would happily stay there again if in the area. Thanks for allowing us to make memories at your Gite!"

The design decisions were thoughtfully made. Beautiful windows and doors and amazing views. Claude and Francine were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. "Precious little farmhouse in a village not far from Blois. Marie-Claire and Marie-Claude were both very attentive and gracious hosts. Upkeep of the house could have been a little better but considering it is a 400+ year old house it was quite pleasant. It would be nice if the history of the house was posted somewhere. Would have loved to know how this house was used back in the day. Overall enjoyed our brief stay."

"We had a wonderful time at this location, seeing hot air balloons each evening overhead, eating meals outside, swimming in the pool, and enjoying the wine from the organic vineyard next door. The building is well maintained, historic, and quiet. The location is excellent for accessing chateaus, biking trails, markets, and restaurants. The hosts are very helpful with information about the area. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel, nice large room and bathroom, good breakfast, evening meal not so good, would not eat there again, asked for our steak medium and it was rare and a little tough, waiting staff very good and attentive, had to pay 150 euros on arrival as a deposit otherwise they would not have given us the room, 2 days after leaving I am still waiting for it back!! "
