"This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in in Italy. Its location was excellent- just off Piazza Maggiore in a quiet side street. The softness of the mattress could be altered to suit. Cold drinking water was available in the corridor. The shower was perfect. And finally the breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. I can remember ever reviewing somewhere where I have no suggestion for improvement before! Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel, unable to use the pool area due to time constraints but it looked fantastic, breakfast was excellent and the overall experience was great value. The location of the hotel made leaving Bologna on route to our next destination challenging as traffic had built up leaving Bologna which took longer than expected."

"A lovely little hotel in the busy University district of Bologna Our Saturday night stay was very noisy as the students partied the night away right outside our bedroom window!! The next three nights were quiet and fine. Our room (106) had a very small shower which was fine for myself and husband, but I imagine people who are not as petite as us would struggle to even get into it!!! The breakfast staff couldn’t have been more helpful or charming - nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely stay here again if I was to visit the city…"
