Just 10 mins from Cruz bay this was the perfect spot to be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy dinner and shopping. St. John will never disappoint and neither does this studio. "

"Villa was just like described. Had all needed amenities plus great extras. Our adult kids loved the pool table, hot tub and pool. Out door space was awesome! We loved that we were all together yet with the layout of the home it also felt very private in our own space. Would not hesitate to return to this gem"

The drive from Cruz bay to the location is short yet far enough that you can get away from it all and leave your worries behind. The room is very nice, clean and quiet. Caron and Dave are great and we can’t say enough good things around their entire property and location. It’s obvious the hard work they put into this place to make it what it is. We will be back for sure! Loved it! "

"This property was just perfect! Location was so convenient to Cruz Bay, but also so easy to get to Coral Bay. View from the pool and the balcony were priceless. House was well stocked, clean, and exactly as advertised! Our family had the BEST time and hopes to return to St. John and this property again soon!"

"We had such a wonderful week at Nancy's Folly! Check in was very easy - Elise met us at the ferry dock and helped us get to the house and get settled, even helping us get dinner, since we got in sort of late! The house is beautiful, better even than the pictures. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and nice. The kitchen was well stocked for the cooking we did. Having laundry on-site was especially helpful. And the view from the balcony is stunning. We rented a jeep and were glad for the strength of the vehicle, as there are some very steep hills to climb to get to the house from Cruz Bay. It was a little tricky to back out of the driveway (or to try to maneuver the jeep to back into the driveway), but we got better at that as the week went on.I snorkeled multiple days in Rendezvous Bay, entering the water at Klein Bay. The entry was rocky and somewhat challenging, but the snorkeling was good, especially out toward Ditleff Beach. It was so great to have good snorkeling so close to home - just a 5 min drive down to Klein Bay.Elise was an excellent host - available and helpful, very knowledgeable about the island. We would definitely stay here again!"
