"Staff were rude. Hotel has potential but they have let it get run down. The common areas are very nice but the room needs and update. Breakfast staff is very rude and breathing down your neck the whole time to make sure you don’t take too much. Good breakfast selection though. "

"Our experience was first class. We booked the junior suite which has a wrap around terrace with mountain views. The property was clean and they replenish the towels and toiletries everyday. What made our trip and experience outstanding was the service of the front desk and dining and restaurant staff. They were thoughtful, helpful, organised and were absolute professionals. They accommodated our dining needs generously and would be suggesting free trips and hikes. Overall, topnotch hotel and would love to visit again."

"This might possible be one the best hotel experiences I have ever had! From the ammenities location services friendliness of the staff you couldn’t ask for me. We got even more anway with the breath taking views and amazing breakfast buffet 10/10. If we ever come back to the the Dolomites La Roccia is the only hotel we will stay at!"
