"Hotel was right across the train station so it was not a long walk at all. Very convenient. The lake was behind the hotel so easy access. There is also a very nice and big restaurant right beside the hotel which was a bonus. The ferry station was about 10 minutes walk so not bad. Over all the hotel was great. Breakfast was included with our stay. It was average. "

"I loved our stay here! The staff were very kind and helpful, the hotel was cozy and quiet, the breakfast and restaurant offered a variety of excellent food. This hotel is also within walking distance of Tremezzo and the ferry and bus stops. It is uphill though, so you may want to hire a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. 5/5 highly recommend!"

Roberta was very responsive throughout on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The place was terrific and close enough to Bellagio to walk into town. They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. Amazing experience
"This hotel is AMAZING!! Best one we stayed at during our trip around Europe. The service is honestly 6 stars. They are so on top of everything. The hotel itself is stunning and very spacious. They also have the most incredible spa facility that us truly a hidden gem so pack a bathing suit. It’s free for hotel guests to use and it’s unlike anything I had ever seen. Super easy to get over the water to Bellagio so I would for sure stay here again. In my oppinion, it was the nicest hotel in Como. "
