"Perfect apartment just 10 minute walk from the centre. Buss station 2 min from apartment. Close enough for everything including beach. Apartment was perfect,clean everywhere. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. We will definetly be back for another break..❤️"

"We had a very good stay in this modern apartment (with access by lift) in the old town, convenient for restaurants, public transport, supermarket and Mercado Central. The building is a bit difficult to locate as there is no name on the outside. There is some street noise from nearby bars on a few nights but this is common in Spanish cities."

"We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15. Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace! Very good location, right near Playa de Locos beach and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. A fair 15+ min walk to the Centro zone with more beaches and restaurant options. "The location was great, right next to the sea and two beautiful beaches. Lovely promenade that we enjoyed walking with many choices of restaurants and shops. The apartment was light and spacious. The bedrooms were pretty good size for Spain. The master bedroom has incredible view of the sea so the balcony as well. "Our stay in Torrevieja was a huge disappointment. The apartment is being advertised as “Beautiful newly refurbished” which is a complete lie, everything in this place is old, dated or broken and dirty, we complained about the first day, and the owner basically ignored it. The kitchen doesn’t have a matching set of dishes, the drawer with silverware is nasty (we didn’t even use it), the bath towels looked like floor rags, washed out and old (we bought new ones at Carrefour to use). Advertised orginally as a 3 bedroom property when it only has 2 bedrooms which has now been amended. However no compensation offered by host of VRBO. "The property and communication with owners and manager were excellent. We were in this location for almost 6 weeks and found there is lots of opportunity to enjoy the beach, only 3 blocks away, as well as travel to many interesting locations within a 100 km radius.
