"The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. We will definitely come back again in the future. I can sincerely recommend this facility to everyone seeking quiet, peaceful holliday in a beautiful authentic setting in Umbria. "

"Absolutely fabulous stay! We came as a family of 4 with our 2 college students. The rooms were perfectly appointed, the staff went above and beyond. We mentioned that we wanted a wine tasting and they made that happen the next day (a Saturday). The food at breakfast was wonderful. Parking was easy. The pool was the greatest end to a day. Dinner at Cortona twice while we were there was fun! We will definitely be back! "

"What an absolute gem! The photos do not do it full justice! It is so relaxing and gorgeous! Morning breakfast is delicious, the pool is stunning, the property is incredible! Loved Giuseppe and the wonderful staff! The wine was heavenly! Thank you for such an incredible stay! Book it!"
