"Excellent location a few blocks from the Spanish Steps, shops and restaurants. Good size room, full bathroom, whimsical birdcage elevator to get upstairs, and a private entrance (green door right in the middle of restaurant outdoor seating) to enter. All for a fair price. My only critique is that the walls are not terribly soundproof- there was a guest next door who woke up each morning hacking up a lung to the point of vomiting, and it was a daily alarm clock. But likely just bad timing being...

"Stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 children age 13 and 10. check in was by appointment which was easy to arrange. Perfect location for exploring. Mini fridge restocked daily free of charge. Air con in room. Clean and tidy. Just be aware theres no lift and its on the 3rd floor. We would stay here again."

"Unique hotel opportunity. The rooms used to be the apartments of the very nice lady who owns the hotel. She is personally present, and the rooms have an absolutely unique feature of having a living room (two floors, one has a very large table) outside the room. So, if someone is sleeping in the room, you can sit at the very large table and work, read, eat, whatever. A very nice bonus. And the lady is really, very nice."
