"Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"

"Recently renovated cottage on the top of a hill, equipped with everything you need. There is a well maintained garden and swimming pool on the plot. The location is very private. When the host is on site, he makes you feel very welcome!"

"Our stay in this house was perfect. Quiet, peaceful place, clean and a nice pool. The host Andrea is also perfect, alsways there if we needed help, very repsonsive and nice."

"wunderschöne Umgebung, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Schwimmbad in Noce und die Weinprobe sind sehr schön! mit anderen Worten: perfekt. Kleines Manko: Das Haus liegt an einer teilweise stark befahrenen Straße. Ein zusätzliches Glas Wein vor dem Schlafengehen wird empfohlen. :) :)"

"Located in a quiet, beautiful valley, surrounded by a few farms, the nice house and its garden are an excellent place to relax and enjoy the silence. Everything was as expected and eben better. Vittorio is a very friendly host. We enjoyed our stay a lot."

"Schöne ruhige Gegend, was uns gefehlt hat war die Klimaanlage, da es sehr heiss war und eine Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und Stilvoll passend für diese Gegend eingerichtet."

"Objekt jsme navštívili 3 rodiny a všichni vyjadřujeme naprostou spokojenost. Dům je prostorný, byl čistě uklizený. K velké výhodě patří bazén, příjemně nás překvapilo výčepní zařízení na pivo a ochota lidí nám prázdné soudky doplňovat. Taktéž kulečníkový stůl patřil k nadstandartnímu vybavení. Trochu chyběla klimatizace ( zejména v podkroví ), ale vzhledem k tomu, že je dům kamenný, dalo se to přežít. Pouze ve vířivky bylo velké množství chlóru, od kterého pálily oči. Jinak velká spokojenost."

"Grotte im Bad jedoch ohne Tür ist nur mitVorhang , sehr gruselig Toilette im Bad spült nicht richtig, weitere Toilette im Nebenraum aber nur mit einem Vorhang nach draußen, alles feucht und muffig ,Vermieterin uneinsichtig Sind am 5. Tag abgereist als bei einem Gewitter das Dach undicht wurde"

"Beautifully located with a very large garden, with fruit trees!, for the children to play in. About 50 minutes from Rimini and 30 minutes from San Marino. Great location to explore the area by car and retreat back after spending a day in the more touristic areas or the beach.Welcoming hosts and good contact via Whatsapp."

"Logement bien fait. Étonnant. Mais manque de confort. Le lit est très petit pour un couple et aucun fauteuil confortable pour se poser et lire. La table en pierre avec la belle vue est beaucoup plus haut dans le village (56 marches) donc impossible de s’y installer pour dîner ! En plus il y a beaucoup de passage. Nous sommes très exposés aux touristes qui passent devant nous. Pour une ou deux nuits ok mais pas plus. Les alentours sont beaux."

"Die gemütlichste Woche seit langem ❗️ Wir waren mit drei Hunden im Urlaub und haben ,trotz nicht vorteilhaftem Wetter, jede Minute genossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar umgeben von Natur. Der Ofen mit Sichtfenster - genug Holz vorhanden - wärmt das Haus. Das Sofa direkt davor könnte etwas größer sein. Die Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Als Gast können wir uns nur aufs herzlichste bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder für einen längeren Aufenthalt 🤩"
