A good sized swimming pool & area for lounging in the sun kept both parents & teenagers happy, The owners were also very kind, particularly when our delayed flight meant we arrived after midnight!"

"Dickon and Simon are excellent hosts. Great informative checkin and a stunning barn containing everything you could want. The courtyard is beautiful as is the decking at the back overlooking the lovely garden and pool. Great location, 2 min walk to little brasserie and a well stocked local supermarket. Easy to travel and experience the Dordogne. Highly recommended."

"Lets begin with the good things: a lovely terrace with a great view and enough space inside for a small family. A few minor points however: the house was not clean when we arrived, there was no television (and I love the Tour the France so i had appreciated it if the landlords had told us), there was no wifi (we knew that beforehand) and the matrasses in the two-beds bedroom were below minimum level. So, all in all, we were a bit disappointed. "

"Beautiful property and ideal for a family or a group of friends. Very peaceful and the location is great for exploring the region. Pool is a nice edition and the outside eating areas are a good size. The hosts are fantastic and will help with any queries you have and give plenty of advice regarding things to see and do. We will be visiting again as plenty more for us to see and do! Thank you Craig and Caroline"

"We had a really fabulous holiday. The house was very spacious and cool. The rear garden with covered bbq and seating area was most welcome and the pool, ping pong table and orchard at the front were great. The area was very interesting and Lucie was so very helpful. "Cottage très sympa et extérieur au top au calme avec piscine privé. En revanche gros bémol sur le ménage qui laissait franchement à désirer (on a renettoyé en arrivant) et sur les équipement de cuisine. ça peut paraitre un détail mais la quasi totalité des verres à vin sont ébréchés, et pas de couteau convenable pour cuisiner. Hormis c'est 2 point d'amélioration nous avons passé un très bon séjour"

"This was our first trip to the Dordogne and the first time travelling with our 9-month old dog. Our accommodation - Cote du Grel - was perfect for us. Enclosed small garden which was great for our dog and for us relaxing in the sun. Terrace area where we had all our meals - it was so peaceful. Lots of places to visit within a short distance - we’ll definitely be back to the area. Ben and Maria were great hosts - thank you."

Notre logement était petit mais fonctionnel et comportait tout l'équipement nécessaire. L'intimité de chacun est assurée par un espace conséquent et par des haies judicieusement disposées. "Que dire à part que tout est parfait dans ce gite, tout a été prévu dans les moindres détails pour passer un bon séjour, car rien ne manque dans cet hébergement. Beautifully Quirky Old Hotel
"Hôtel Terminus is a beautiful little old hotel on a hill. Our room was quiant and comfortable, the water was hot, and bedding clean. The bathroom was a little run down, it definitely needed some plaster patching and paint. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating in spite of the fact I can barely stumble through French. We had breakfast here as well, for €10 the Compleat was a great deal and absolutely delicious. I would stay here again."
