"Wife and me were at the hotel for 8 days in May 2023 and very happy with our time there. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (particulary Eva & Diane) most spoke English plus French and Spanish. "The bungalow was comfortable & had almost all the amenities of a family home. I love the security - I kept my doors & windows open all the time when at home. It was usually pretty quiet. The beach is a 5 min walk away. The beach is safe & great for swimming. The location is close to a bus stop, but it it difficult to get a taxi...have to call. The area is great for sightseeing & for cycling."

rooms are nice and modern, We had a triple room. Great shower, we asked for extra blankets and received duvets, very happy. love that you can connect to Netflix Disney Spotify on the tv. Room came with kettle and you can ask reception to access ironing room. Great easy setup, I ironed a bunch of things while my family enjoyed the indoor pool.
Pools were not too cold, the indoor pool was our favourite. Indoor jacuzzi is great for families, many times it was empty.
The spa is completely separate, we didn't use it as the indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for us.
There were always loungers free, the sun moves around the hotel, which forces people to move. The different pool areas make it feel quieter than it is.
Love the water refill stations, 2 outside and at the bars.
Food: we had breakfast only, enjoyable, no hot chocolate but usual tea coffee and herbal teas.

Good pool menu. Nice cocktails. Tried the chicken wings, nice. Best ceasar salad I have EVER had! chips really nice, but pizza was a bit doughy.
