"This is an amazing house in a great location. The house is clean, beautiful and just perfect in every way. The garden/landscaping around the house and pool are very beautiful and the sunsets from the house, garden, and pool are stunning. The property managers do an outstanding job taking care of everything to support you during your stay. The surf of Santa Teresa is only a few minutes away at the bottom of the mountain. I love this property and will be back!!!"

"We visited Santa Teresa from Seattle. I was looking for a private home. We had an incredible visit. This home was amazing: modern, new, clean, pristine location, private pool, beautiful. Wake up to the sounds of exotic birds and howler monkeys. I highly recommend renting at Yoko. You and your family will love your stay."

"This gorgeous condo is situated in a new development surrounded by native flora and fauna -- quite the juxtaposition of modern architecture and conveniences in a jungle with howler monkeys eating berries from the trees just off the balcony and ant colonies on the move on the ground below. The location gives the feeling of peace and isolation but is convenient to so many activities, restaurants, and other amazing sites. "Clean, amazing view. Great host who had a welcoming present of cold beer and fresh fruit waiting in the fridge. Just be advised that the road up to the house is quite steep and best to have an ATV or car with 4x4 mode. The view is worth it!"

"Super peaceful, self-catering apartment central in Santa Teresa. Perfect for solo or couples looking for a relaxing, comfortable spot to soak up Santa Teresa from. Longer stays only I believe."

"Everything was dirty in the property, from the shower curtain full of black mold to coffee maker and fans. Streets are full of garbage outside, smell of sewages and garbage is everywhere. In the shower we found worms and spiders. They even did not have the cutesy of cleaning the dishes, we had to re-wash everything before use. It was horrible. We decided to leave for a hotel the last 5 days of our trip."
