A small ,comfortable house,absolutely private, in the very centre of the tiny village of San Giovanni d'Asso in the Municipality of Montalcino.
From the patio and the fenced oval swimming pool (6x3 mt,chlorine cleansed) you can enjoy a relaxing view on the sweet Tuscan rolling hills.
The village of San Giovanni d'Asso,furnished with all basics like supermarket, butcher's, chemist's , bank , bar,2 nice restaurants etc, is strategically located in an area rich in art,culture,nature. Siena,Montalcino ,Montepulciano,Pienza,San Quirico d'Orcia ....are only a few destinations you can visit,less than 45 min. driving away.
The house is developed on two floors :at ground floor an open space including a small kitchen,a dining table sitting 6, comfortable sofas and chairs and a XIV century old fireplace ,perfectly working.
At first floor : an AC double bedroom, an AC twin-double bedroom wih a day bed for a child up to 12 and an AC single room. 2 bathrooms with shower stall.
Another bathroom-changing room , outside, serves the pool
