"This property exceeded our expectations in every way! Too often, we’ve discovered that the property doesn’t measure up to the photos, but photos of Pelican Point Lake Estate in Frankston can’t fully describe the beautiful, serene atmosphere that awaits you. From the moment you drive through the gated entrance, you’ll see a property that is beautifully landscaped, and well maintained. Entering the home, you will encounter luxurious, family friendly furnishings, and breathtaking views of Lake Palestine, from almost any room in the house. The host and property manager were readily available, and eager to ensure we had a great stay. This was a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary, along with a family reunion, and we were not disappointed. Pelican Point will long live in our hearts as a place of beauty, fun times, and precious memories with family and friends! Can’t wait to come back!TC, Karen and Family"

"Room was big, beds were very comfortable. Only issue we had was at 1:15 am our AC stopped. Would not come back on, the front desk brought us a fan, because the 2 male employees knew nothing to do till next day.......... it was a very unpleasant night of trying to sleep. We had kids with us or we would of went and slept in truck with ac. The people next door was VERY VERY loud.. I told front desk again about AC and all I got was, Oh I will tell maintenance about it. .. Other than the ac and loud neighbors, everything was good. "

"This property was exactly what my family and I needed for our family reunion! Very vintage and fun! The openness with the patio and garage/driveway gave plenty of space outdoors for games and gathering. The home has been well cared for and is so well-equipped for guests! You will be hard-pressed to find a more available, accommodating and communicative host! The cattle were fun to watch and not a bother at all. If you like vintage, comfortable, easy, and serene ... check out this place!"
