"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"Donatella and her daughter wore the nicest people on the planet:))) They wore always here to help with anything that we had need off. Donatella made reservations for us for the far best Restorante in Town.One time we wore trying to get seated in one off the best Restorante in Bellagio, but with out the reservation we wore not able. I texted Donatella and she got us a table. Looks like everyone knows her, this is just awesome. If we ever come back, we’ll be staying ONLY in this place....

"The location was convenient for visiting Varenna and Bellagio. I recommend having good communication with Daniel, since this is his B&B. "The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. I loved the shower power! Do use the Ticino transit card for discounts - we forgot. Next time!"

"Perfect accomodation and perfect hosts, Silvano and Milena were so kind, welcoming and helpful. Victoria makes the best scrambled eggs 😊.
