"Reception is modern, but rooms are old fashioned and tired looking…could do with a spruce up, e.g. flaking paint on bathroom ceiling, wonky shower doors, non working extraction fan."

"The hotel is located in a historic area of Turin close to the Lingotto shopping centre which is part of the converted Fiat factory (the transformation is amazing and very eco-friendly). The spacious hotel lobby is light and welcoming and the rooms have plenty of space also. The service was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to help us with any questions. Public transport is easily accessible. The only aspects I would suggest are improved are the WiFi, the garden terrace and the Fitness facilities (the jacuzzi and steam bath weren’t available during our stay which was a shame as the downstairs area has a lot of potential)."
