"The hotel itself is rather old and tired and in need of a refurb. However, the welcoming staff and incredible breakfast means that we will definitely stay here again. The location is great, just outside Wavre, close to the motorway. Parking is easy and lots of it. The breakfast was one of best we've ever had. Freshly cooked sausages, bacon, eggs etc. Fresh fruit juice (not watered down like in some hotels), Warm pastries and a variety of other delights! The staff on reception and in the restaurant were also friendly, welcoming and smart. There is no air conditioning, however a fan was provided and the blinds reduce the sun. Coffee and tea is available in the lobby."

"What a beautiful B&B! Hosts were very welcoming and made me feel like royalty! Room was amazing with private bathroom and whole room had floor heating with no unit so it was fine. Bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows. Area was very quiet so perfect for anyone coming for business like myself. Short commute to wavre, about 30mins with traffic. Breakfast was plenty and you select the night before and can cater for all. Parking is good too using front entrance with gate closed so you and car is safe. Food is available from a few places. Sushi is recommended and delivers too. Highly recommend this place for safety, quietness and commutable!"

"Great hotel to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Matras and pillow are good, the shower has decent pressure. The breakfast is reasonable. Excelent restaurants within 10 minutes drive from the hotel."

"Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly staff on reception. Rooms are new and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Air conditioning a 7/10. Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it can’t do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only. As others have mentioned on their reviews the hotel car park is exceptionally difficult to find. I think future guests would benefit from a detailed guide on here how to find the car park (Martin’s Agora, although Grand Place is also nearby and cheaper). The road system in this city is underground so Waze etc isn’t fully functional, which doesn’t help either. The road system doesn’t help at all with finding the hotel & whoever designed it should never design another road again! However overall because the hotel is exceptional and now I know how to get to the car park, I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area."
